"When there is HOPE in the future, there is POWER in the present"
John Maxwell
"In a small company environment, we don't have the luxury of huge training budgets, or the option for staff to take off and attend a multitude of training courses, therefore finding the right man for the job is incredibly hard. David is that man!! Most importantly, he understands people, what motivates them and how get peak performance from them. Coupled with his understanding of the financial and operational constraints of a small business, David plans a training/development program that will deliver results, yet integrate with YOU and YOUR business".
I have known David for several years and in that time he has always demonstrated huge energy, both as a speaker, trainer and coach. He has a wide range of business skills and penchant for detail.
When it’s difficult – I ask for David. His combination of business experience, depth of knowledge and professional skills make him a sure pair of hands. Always professional and always in tune with individuals, – not just working a script. David has always delivered for me. In my experience there are few people with his range of abilities.
The Prince's Trust's business programme supports young people aged 18-30 to start up their own businesses and the support given to the programme by volunteer business mentors like David Taylor is invaluable.
David is a great member of the business mentoring network and has been a huge support to the clients he has helped so far. When business is difficult or there are some tough decisions to make our clients know that they can always talk to their business mentor - David is an excellent example of what mentoring is all about and we are so grateful to have him on board.
David has been working with the Prince’s Trust Team Programme in St Helens in a voluntary capacity since November 2007.
The Team Programme is a 12 week personal development course for 16 – 25 year olds.
David’s main role has been to assist and support the young people through the programme. Focusing on employability skills, such as interview techniques and delivering workshops on self esteem and personal development.
David is a valuable volunteer to the Team Programme and has had an important impact on the young people who attend. He has also proved to be an excellent support to the staff in the delivery of the programme.
“Steve is a terrific guy. I whole heartedly recommend DTC courses."
You are their focus and "results" are their objective. Very inspiring, thought provoking courses with very real people that you can take with you on life’s course.”

“Steve worked with me for nearly 4 years at Camelot and in that time showed a tremendous aptitude for building rapport with the teams that he managed and led. Relationship is at the heart of his leadership and management style and the foundation for his success. Steve is at his best in front of others, motivating and inspiring them to achieve. Excellent with customers, Steve has the personal touch, an emotional intelligence and is a genuinely fun guy to be around.” January 18, 2010
